We’re delighted to announce that ground-breaking sustainable fashion brand Unfolded is stepping out from the digital world and coming to Newcastle for one day only. Having long admired their breakthrough approach to ethical fashion, we are looking forward to hosting and welcoming them to the building.
Typically only available online, this will be the first time in Newcastle that Unfolded‘s limited edition women’s clothing is available to browse, try on and buy in person.
Hilde Frydnes, Co-Founder at Unfolded says;
“We are delighted to bring the Unfolded brand to Ouseburn, Newcastle and the wider region. Unfolded is a completely different way to shop – we design our clothes in collaboration with our customers and we only start production once orders are placed, creating no waste and ensuring a much better outcome for the planet, for the garment workers who make our clothes and for children living in India who receive funding to learn reading and writing with every Unfolded purchase. And it also means that we can provide our customers with sustainable clothing at great prices – because we cut the waste.
Over 100,000 customers now regularly shop with Unfolded and help design our collections – we’re always online, but we also really love being able to host these pop-up shops, so that we can meet both new and existing customers, giving them a chance to explore our collections in person. Unfolded is really a community of like minded people who think clothes needn’t only look good but can do good too.”
