Getting here

The main entrance to Toffee Factory is on the Quayside (not on City Road). If you arrive at this level, you can use the intercom at our Glasshouse Bridge door to speak to reception.

Get your bearings

The main entrance to Toffee Factory is just opposite the Tyne Bar by the quayside.

By car

A 100+ space car park ‘Spillers Car Park’ is just two minutes away from Toffee Factory. The SatNav postcode is NE6 1BU. The spaces are charged at 60p per hour. You’ll also see brown signs to this car park.

By bus

The QuayLink Q3 bus runs past Toffee Factory (timetables here). The closest bus stops are City Road – Breamish Street (from town) and Glasshouse Bridge (from Wallsend). You will find yourself on our second floor, press the intercom and come down the stairs to reception.

By train

The closest Metro stations to Toffee Factory are Byker and Manors. Byker Station is to the north of the site on Conyers Road and Manors Station is located to the west on New Bridge Street. Both are less than a mile away.
