Festival ready!

It’s July and around these parts that means one thing, Ouseburn Festival!
We’re delighted to host Chalk this time around and look forward to opening the doors to you and your associated little ones. Join us and Chalk for a free costume making workshop for the whole family. It’s time to get creative!

“We’re so looking forward to the Wild Weekender at Toffee Factory!
It’s always great to be part of Ouseburn Festival and this year, the programme looks amazing. We’ll be at the lovely Toffee Factory across both Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
On Saturday we’ll be helping families make wild costumes, we’re hoping to see lots of new species wandering around Ouseburn! On Sunday, we’ll be creating mini mythical beasts that might live in the valley. We’re really looking forward to seeing what families create!”
We will also be joined by The Travelling Spoon who will pop up with their fantastic range of hand-made brownies, blondies, fudge, and tray bakes. There will even be a pick and mix onboard, perfect for this former sweet factory!
Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th July, 12 to 4pm
'We love working with the Toffee Factory and their excellent team. The space is brilliantly designed by Xsite Architecture to nurture creativity and features furniture and prints by a number of Northern designers we work with on the Northern Design Festival. We have done pop up design events at the Toffee Factory during Open Studios and are using the space for our partner events with the Crafts Council.'
