Generator is one of the UK’s leading business support agencies for the creative digital and music sectors. They are also our Ouseburn neighbours and have chosen Toffee as the base for the 2019 Tipping Point Live Conference.
Powered by Generator, Tipping Point is one of the UK’s leading talent development programmes for music creators. They offer a range of services for the musically minded wanting to make their way in the industry. Hosting various masterclasses and workshops, they have an extensive list of contacts and provide a solid support system for many artists.
Not only do they do all this but they are also behind the two day Ouseburn Valley music festival, Tipping Point Live. The festival is on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd June, showcasing new music and some of the best talent around.
The conference is supported by some of the UK’s leading music industry trade bodies, including award-winning music publishers Sentric Music, The Musicians’ Union, PRS for Music, licensing organisation PPL and independent music charity Help Musicians UK.
If you are a musician with some questions about how to navigate the industry look no further. A full day of activities and advice are planned. Covering topics such as publishing music, money matters, promotion and the particulars of working as a musician in the North of England!
