Sharing Toffees

December 13, 2017

With two new lets this week, our shared space is almost full. We now have just one desk available so if you want it, be quick!

Our new arrivals are Digital Marketing firm, Bumbl and design artist and illustrator, Emily Laura Carney. There is a great mix of small creative and digital businesses in the space which is already home to Factory 35, Lower Third Productions and Shaun Robinson Programming.

Greg Miles, Founder of Bumbl said,

“We are thrilled Bumbl will be moving into Toffee Factory. As a growing creative agency, quality of office space is especially important for us, and the contemporary atmosphere of Toffee Factory made it a clear choice as we start a new chapter.”

If you’d like to join Bumble in the New Year our shared space is set up a little differently to others; we like to get to know folk so it isn’t a hot desking facility. Once in, you have your own dedicated desk to work from. Occupiers at Toffee have free use of five meeting rooms and 24 hour access every day.

A number of the bigger companies based at Toffee started out life in the shared space, moving into larger offices once the business grew.

Emily Carney said:

I am happy about my recent move to Toffee Factory and being surrounded by other creatives who are driven and passionate about what they do. When I visited Toffee I decided then and there that I could really see myself working in such a creative space. I am really looking forward to exploring the well-known and inspiring area of Ouseburn.”

We are looking forward to working with our new clients who join over twenty other firms working from here.

We have one desk left in our shared office and some private office availability. If you are interested in viewing the spaces in readiness for 2018, drop an email to info@toffeefactory.co.uk

what our clients say:

"The team at the Toffee Factory do a great job in fuelling a creative work place. They put a lot of effort into what many landlords might consider to be the softer side of working life such as organising exciting food, cultural and leisure events. These things make a big positive difference to creative teams like ours and the other businesses in the building."
