Growth Hub Live

July 4, 2017

Toffee Factory is pleased to host the latest in Growth Hub Live events.  Leading at a Higher Level is the next in a popular series brought to you by North East Local Enterprise Partnerships. Joining up with top sales performance and leadership specialists durhamlane, a half day workshop will take place on Friday 7th July.

Focusing on how businesses can innovate and grow the day will be led by Alison Freer, Director of Consulting, Learning & Digital Transformation at durhamlane. Support comes from colleague Luke Robinson, Senior Sales Trainer and Coach. With years of experience working with leaders of fast growing businesses, durhamlane recognise and understand the impact positive leadership can have, not only on the longevity of a business, but on its valuation.

Alison said: “We’ve developed a methodology and a toolkit for good leadership that, when implemented, supports businesses to grow and instill a positive culture within its team.

“We’re delighted to be working with the North East LEP and Growth Hub Live to give North East companies insight into how they can increase sales, profits and revenues.”

An exciting opportunity for businesses based in Sunderland, Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Northumberland to gain insight and learn about upscaling and leadership.

Businesses that have a minimum of 5 employees and a current turnover at least £500k per annum are invited to attend. Tickets to the event are free and places can booked here.

what our clients say:

'We love working with the Toffee Factory and their excellent team. The space is brilliantly designed by Xsite Architecture to nurture creativity and features furniture and prints by a number of Northern designers we work with on the Northern Design Festival. We have done pop up design events at the Toffee Factory during Open Studios and are using the space for our partner events with the Crafts Council.'
